1. What are the file .cem
The files are .cem of CEM4 imported / exported from the software native files, and can be:
1.1. Technical Standards and Requirements / Excerpts of Technical Standards (Standards .cem)
1.2. Checklist (checklist.cem)
1.3. Machines (macchine.cem)
2. Standards .cem
The Standards .cem (technical standards or requirements / extracts / share technical standards) can be:
- Imported / exported directly with the CEM4 function;
- Generated directly using the integrated editor in CEM4;
and are generally grouped into 4 types:
2.1. Files Technical Standards .cem Harmonized EN (NTA EN);
2.2. File .cem of Technical Standards;
2.3. File .cem of Technical Specifications;
2.4. .cem files of Technical Standards / other requirements.
It shall be available free of charge "extracts / pieces / requirements" of Technical Standards Harmonized EN / Technical Standards / Technical Specification / Technical Standards Requirements / other also published in the OJEU, concerning Directives "New Approach" and in particular the Machinery Directive 2006/42/ EC in according to "Presumption of conformity"
For the development and construction of .cem files released by us, even documentation Institutions / Organizations / Associations and Companies which we believe to be significant.
We do not intend to commercially exploit .cem file, but we provide the Users CEM4 a function that allows you to import / export these files directly.
We intend to propose to users the full functionality of CEM4, according rispettanti methodologies legislative obligations, and encourage the spread of a correct application of the Directives "New Approach" which provide for the CE marking and refer the application of the Technical Regulations Harmonized EN for the "Presumption of Conformity" to the Essential Health and Safety Requirements "RESS" laid down by those directives, as well as the correct application of national legislation refers directly and indirectly to the technical standards.
The User shall, however, be in possession of a valid license, if required, related to requirements / extracts / parts of Technical Standards and / or other .cem contained in files made available on the site, and that content must be used according to the provisions of owners of property / use / copyrights.
Certifico srl we do not assume responsibility:
1. To use the software without licensed, if required, the content of .cem files published and / or edited by the user.
2. To inaccuracies or incorrect application of .cem files published or generated.
3. For the disclosure of .cem files published or generated.
