1 . What are CEM File
CEM file are the native for CEM4 imported / exported by the Software, and may be:
1.1 . Technical Standards and Requirements / Extracts of Technical Standards ( norme.cem )
1.2 . Checklist ( checklist.cem )
1.3 . Machines ( macchines.cem )
1.4 . Collections signs
2 . Standards .cem
The standards .cem (technical standards or requirements / excerpts / relevant technical standards) may be:
- Imported / exported directly with the function of CEM4;
- Generated directly using the built-in editor in CEM4;
and are generally grouped into four types:
2.1. files .cem of Technical Standards Harmonized EN (NTA EN);
2.2. files .cem of Technical Standards;
2.3. files .cem of Technical Specifications;
2.4. files .cem requirements of the Technical Standards / other.
We make available free of charge " extracts / parts / requirements " of the Technical Standards Harmonized EN / Technical Standards / Specifications / Requirements for Technical Standards / other also published in the OJEU, relating to Directives "New Approach" and in particular the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and also "sufficient conditions" (Art. 7 Presumption of conformity and harmonized standards).

We do not intend to commercially exploit CEM file, but put at the disposal of users a function of CEM4 that allows you to import/export these files directly.
We intend to propose to the users all the features of CEM4, in accordance with methodologies legal obligations provided for, and facilitate the deployment of a correct application of the Guidelines, "New Approach" which provide for the CE marking, refer to the application of Technical Standards Harmonized EN for the "Presumption of Conformity" for the Essential Health and Safety Requirements "EHSR" under these directives, as well as the correct application of national legislation that directly or indirectly refer to technical standards.
The user must, however, be in possession of a valid license, if applicable, relating to requirements / excerpts / pieces of technical standards and / or contained in another CEM file made available on the site and the content will be used in accordance with the provisions of holders of property rights / exploitation / copyright.

1. For use in the software, without licensed, if applicable, the content of the CEM file published and/or edited by the user.
2. To inaccuracies or incorrect application CEM file published or produced.
3. For disclosure CEM file published or produced.
