License EULA (End User License Agreement)
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by international copyright laws and treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, it is not sold.
1. License Grant
This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
Single license
The user can install, use, access, view, run or otherwise interact with ("EXECUTE") a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any previous version for the same operating system, on a single computer, workstation, terminal.
Client/Server license
The user can also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in a storage device, such as a network server, used only to RUN the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in other COMPUTERS in an internal network; however, the user is required to purchase and dedicate a specific Client/Server license .
Rights reserve.
Certifico Srl reserves all rights not expressly granted by this Contract.
2. Description of other Rights and Restrictions
"DEMO" software. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed in "DEMO" mode , the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, despite what is established in other articles of this Agreement, will be limited exclusively to the use for demonstration, test or evaluation purposes and the user will not be authorized to resell, or otherwise transfer for consideration, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Restrictions on decoding, decompiling and disassembly.
The user cannot decode, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, with the exception and only to the extent expressly permitted, despite this limitation, by the law in force.
Brands.
This Agreement does not grant the user any rights in relation to any trademarks or registered trademarks of Certifico Srl.
Lease.
The user cannot rent, lease or loan the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Customer Technical Support Service.
Certifico provides the user with a Technical Support Service relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Customer Technical Support Service"). The use of the Customer Technical Support Service is governed by the Certifico plans and programs described in the user manual, in the "online" documentation and / or in other material provided by Certifico Srl. Any additional software code provided to the user in the context of the Customer Technical Support Service will be considered as part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As regards the technical information provided by the user to Certifico Srl as part of the Customer Technical Support Service, Certifico Srl reserves the possibility of using this information for its own activity, including technical support and product development . The use by Certifico Srl of this information will take place in such a way as not to allow the identification of the user's person.
Resolution
Certifico Srl can terminate this Agreement, without prejudice to its other rights, if the user does not comply with the conditions and clauses of this Agreement.
In this case, the user is required to destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all its component parts.
3. Updates
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT shows the wording or label " update ", in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the user must have a regular license to use a product qualified by Certifico Srl as suitable to be integrated by an update. A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an update replaces and / or supplements (and can deactivate) the product which constitutes the basis that can be integrated by updating. The updated final product resulting from the integration can only be used in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement.
4. Copyright
The rights and copyrights relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, by way of example, images, photographs, animations, videos, audio, music, text and "applets" integrated with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the enclosed printed material and any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Certifico Srl or its suppliers. The title and intellectual property rights relating to content that the user can access through the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the property of their respective owners and can be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. No right to use such content arises from this Agreement. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains documentation supplied exclusively in electronic form, the user is authorized to print a copy of the aforementioned electronic documentation. The user cannot copy the printed material enclosed with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
5. License validity
The updates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, concerning both software and regulatory aspects, are binding for the correct preparation of the documents.
The validity of the License (Desktop / Server) is 1 year (period in which it is possible to take advantage of the updates in auto-update).
After 1 year from the purchase of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, it will no longer be possible to download the expected updates, except for the purchase of the upgrade license.
Pending
It will be possible to update the software at the price of the update License, no later than 6 months (" pending " License) after the annual expiration of the License.
After 6 months from the expiration of the License or Update License ("expired" license), the software can still be used, but to take advantage of the updates that we will release a new full price License must be purchased.
Example:
Purchase License/Update: 01.12.2018
Expected deadline: 01.12.2019
License " Pending ": 01.06.2020
Expired" license: After 01.06.2020 (6 months " Pending " license), to update the Software, a new one License must be purchased.
