Con l’aggiornamento di CEM4 Rel 4.6.4, è stata aggiunte una importante funzione di Update delle norme tecniche armonizzate.
Sarà così preparato e manutenuto un
file di Update normativo di tipo “CEM”, con il quale possiamo garantire un aggiornamento desincronizzato di tipo “
normativo CEM” da un aggiornamento di tipo “
software exe” di
CEM4.
Con l’aggiornamento
Update normativo, sarà possibile aggiornare il DB con richiamo dei dati delle norme utilizzate nella gestione della Valutazione dei Rischi in “
Presunzione di Conformità”, garantendo nel tempo un migliore controllo sui dati puri normativi.
Le eventuali modifiche alle norme riportate nei ducumenti interessati, sia dovute a personalizzazioni Utente o precedenti l’importazione di file
Update norme CEM, saranno "congelate", e sarà anche adottato un sistema di “
Change tracking” relativo a
modifiche, sostituzioni e cessazioni delle norme nel tempo.
Importando il file
Update norme CEM, saranno aggiornate le norme di riferimento (titoli ed eventuale descrizione) sottostanti ad ogni RESS.

Le Norme Tecniche Armonizzate EN per la Direttiva macchine 2006/42/CE, suddivise, in tipo A/B/C (EN CEN), e non categorizzate EN CENELEC, sono state ristrutturate in leggibilità in modo organico ed in questa forma, a partire dalla Comunicazione della Commissione del 28 Novembre 2013 e aggiornate nella Comunicazione dell’11 Aprile 2014.

New EMC Directive: Directive 2014/30/EU
DIRECTIVE 2014/30/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility

Article 45 Repeal
Directive 2004/108/EC is repealed with effect from 20 April 2016, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limit for transposition into national law and the dates of application of the Directive set out in Annex V.
References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VI.
Article 46 Entry into force and application
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The new ATEX Directive 2014/34/EE
Directive 2014/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 february 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the member states relating to equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (recast)

Article 43 - Repeal
Directive 94/9/EC, as amended by the Regulations listed in Annex XI, Part A, is repealed with effect from 20 April 2016, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time limits for transposition into national law and the dates of application of the Directive set out in Annex XI, Part B. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XII.
Article 44 - Entry into force and application
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Points 1 and 3 to 7 of Article 2, Article 4 and Annexes I, II, XI and XII shall apply from 20 April 2016.
